Stories About Choice is another workshop that I offer regarding dealing with stress in our lives, facing each days fears and making it through the other side. When life seems to be endless running - story can creat a space for us to take a moment to refocus, laugh, rest. The time to live, love, give thanks, rest and take delight is now, this moment, this day. We do not have miles to go before we sleep. We are already home.
