Each website is uniquely constructed. No pre-made templates are used.

If you are interested in building your first website, I suggest you write an outline of the information you want to present. I can use the outline to organize your website. Text can be provided in digital format using: WORD, Word Perfect, MS WORKS, or simply copied into an Email. I can transcribe hard copy at an hourly rate.

If you have a brochure or logo that you regularly use then the "look" of the website can mirror your brochure and/or logo.

Photographs or art are best provided in digital high quality JPEG format. Text and line images can be provided in GIF format. Images can be provided in many additonal formats too. I can digitally scan/photograph non-digital photos and art work

Text is formatted by developing a Cascading Style Sheet (CSS1) file. The CSS1 file is imported into the web pages permitting site wide style changes by editing a single file. Rollovers are powered using a JavaScript library.

Database programming is available. Simple databases can be created using a Perl program and a formatted text file. More complex databases are built using mySQL and PHP.

Generally, websites are first developed under the Dancing Leaves domain then migrated to your webspace and domain name. You can watch, send comments and make suggestions as your website is being created.
